Munich Summer Institute

From June 20 to 22, 2016, the Center for Law & Economics at ETH Zurich will co-organize the Munich Summer Institute 2016. It will focus on three areas: Digitization, Strategy and Organization; Innovation and Entrepreneurship; and Law & Economics of Innovation. Read more

Workshop & Lecture Series on the Law & Economics of Innovation: Presentations by Michael Frakes (Northwestern)

On Tuesday, December 8, and Wednesday, December 9, we'll have Prof. Michael Frakes (Northwestern) presenting two papers on patent law. The Tuesday presentation on "Is the Time Allocated to Review Patent Applications Inducing Examiners to Grant Invalid Patents?" starts at 16:15 in the University of Zurich room RAI F 041.
